4-hour express delivery in Abidjan. For planned events, we recommend booking 48h in advance.
1 day minimum. Rates are per day for furniture, per unit for services (wifi, catering).
75,000 FCFA incl. tax. Delivery, setup and teardown are added as a flat fee based on quantity: 25,000 FCFA up to 2 items, 40,000 for 3 to 5, 75,000 for 6 to 9, 85,000 beyond. A turnkey pack counts as a single item.
Our own teams deliver, install and pick up all equipment at your booth — never a subcontractor. This service is charged as a flat fee based on quantity, from 25,000 FCFA, and the amount is shown in your cart before you order.

You pay a 60% deposit when ordering and the remaining 40% on delivery. Online, payment is by Wave or bank card. On delivery, you can pay by Orange Money, Wave, bank transfer, cash or cheque.
No security deposit is required on furniture. It only applies to screens of 75 inches and above and to digital totems: 500,000 FCFA in cash on delivery, returned in full when we collect the equipment after inspection.
Normal wear is on us, that is our job. In case of breakage or loss, compensation follows a scale set in advance in our terms and conditions — no amount is decided after the fact.
Yes. More than 15 days before the event, the deposit is refunded in full. Between 7 and 15 days, half is retained. Under 7 days, the deposit is retained.
Yes. A proforma invoice can be issued before ordering so you can get your purchase order approved, and a compliant invoice (FNE) after delivery. Just tick the box at checkout and enter your taxpayer number.
The displayed rate is per day: it is multiplied by the number of rental days, with no minimum beyond one day. Automatic discounts apply on the amount: 5% from 200,000 FCFA, 8% from 500,000, 12% from 1,000,000.
Yes, our stock is in Abidjan and you are welcome to come and see it before deciding. The address, opening hours and map link are shown on every product page, in the "Come and see the furniture" block.
Our liability covers a refund of the rental day concerned. It is also why we deliver the day before the event rather than on the day itself: the safety margin is built into the schedule you see when ordering.
Any overrun of the agreed duration without prior agreement is charged as one additional day at the current rate, per day of delay. If your event runs long, let us know: adjusting the pick-up is almost always possible.
Our teams deliver until 11 pm across Abidjan, seven days a week, including the evening before a show — that is when most stands are built. Later than that, call us and we will work it out.
