We call you to fine-tune the furniture
An advisor goes through your pack with you : swap, add, remove. Swaps within the pack cost nothing extra.

We personalise your stand
You send us your logo and artwork. We print the wall graphics and the sign, and prepare your stand in our workshop.

Our teams deliver, build, lay the floor and connect the power. After the show, they dismantle and take everything back.
The stand
These three choices set the hire price.
Size
It sets the price of the stand — and how much furniture you receive.
The 18 sqm stand comes with a lockable 2 × 1 m storeroom. Its graphics are added to the metrage.
Shape
It sets the number of walls, hence the length of printed graphics: 45 000 FCFA per linear metre, full wall height included.

Duration
The package covers 2 show days. Beyond that, each extra day is charged at 20 000 FCFA/sqm — the stand is already built, only the hire time remains.
The finishes
Included in the price unless stated otherwise.
Flooring
The raised floor is included in the stand. You choose what goes on top: carpet is included, whatever the colour.
Sign
Your logo on top of the stand. The adhesive version is included in the price.
The furniture
Included in the stand price. We fine-tune it with you by phone.
Furniture pack
All packs are included in the price of the stand, at the same rate. Quantities scale with the size.

A turnkey stand for your trade shows in Abidjan
For a trade show, a fair or a forum in Abidjan, we take your stand out of our own stock, dress it in your colours and build it on site. You arrive, it is ready; after the event our teams dismantle it and take it back. No transport, no storage and no resale to organise.
Four sizes are available — 6, 9, 12 and 18 sqm — in a U shape, an L shape or a peninsula, depending on the location the organiser gave you. Furniture is included: welcome counter, seating, wall screen and decoration, in quantities matched to the size of the stand. You can also build your own layout from our furniture catalogue.
How much does a custom stand cost in Abidjan?
The price is public and calculated live, with no quote to wait for: 250 000 FCFA per sqm for 2 show days, all inclusive. A 9 sqm stand therefore comes to 2 250 000 FCFA, plus the printed graphics on your walls, charged at 45 000 FCFA per linear metre. Beyond 2 days, each extra day is charged at 20 000 FCFA per sqm.
You order online with a 60% deposit and pay the balance on delivery. Allow 36 hours between your order and the build, the time needed to print your graphics. The stand is insured for the whole duration of the show. Details are in our FAQ and on our How it works page.

No, our stands are available for hire only. Our teams build them before the show and take them back afterwards. You have no transport, no storage and no resale to deal with.
What sizes and shapes of stand do you offer?
Four sizes: 6, 9, 12 and 18 sqm. Three shapes: U shape (three walls), L shape (two walls) and peninsula (one wall). The shape depends on the location allocated by the show organiser.
How far in advance should I order?
Allow at least 36 hours between your order and the build. That lead time covers preparing the stand and printing your graphics and sign.
What happens if the show lasts more than 2 days?
The package covers 2 days. Each extra day is charged at 20 000 FCFA per sqm, since the stand is already built. The configurator adds it to the summary automatically.
