Ordering online, in plain terms

• How much do I pay today? 60% of the total on ordering, the remaining 40% on delivery.
• Is there a security deposit? None on furniture. It only applies to screens of 75 inches and above and digital totems — 500 000 FCFA in cash on delivery, returned in full when we collect the equipment.
• What if something breaks? Normal wear is on us. In case of breakage or loss, compensation follows a scale set in advance, listed in our terms.
• Can I cancel? Yes, free of charge up to 15 days before the event: the deposit is refunded in full.
• What about my accounting? Proforma invoice before ordering and compliant invoice after delivery, on request. Prices shown are tax inclusive: no VAT to add (TEE regime).
• How is the price calculated over several days? The displayed rate is per day: it is multiplied by the number of rental days, with no minimum duration.
